If you're having trouble logging into your account, it’s likely to be in one of these scenarios:
I clicked ‘Send Link’ but didn’t receive it.
When using the ‘Send Link’ option, it’s very important that you type in the correct email address. Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and make sure that it’s the same email address you are going to check for the link. Most modern email services allow you to be logged in to multiple mailboxes at the same time, so it’s important that you are checking the correct mailbox.
Sometimes our email with the link can go to your Junk/Spam folder. Please, be sure to check that folder or any other folder that may receive email. If you are using Gmail, check your “All Mail” folder.
I can’t access Pocket Prep from work or school.
Business Wi-Fi networks and VPN profiles sometimes block online services. The network may allow you to access parts of the Website/App, but block some other components or features. If you are having issues logging in while connected to your work Wi-Fi or VPN, try using your mobile data or a different Wi-Fi hotspot.
I can't remember my password.
If you can't remember your password you can use the Sign in via Link option, or use the Forgot Password feature to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive the email after a few minutes.
