Your Pocket Prep subscription can only be canceled through the same platform where you originally subscribed. If you’re unsure where your subscription started, you can check this in your account settings:
Cancel Through the App Store (iOS)
If you subscribed using an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to cancel directly through Apple.

Cancel Through Google Play (Android)
If you subscribed using an Android device, you can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play.

Cancel Through the Pocket Prep Web App
If you started your subscription on our Web App, you can cancel directly from your Pocket Prep account:
Log in to the Pocket Prep Web App
Go to Settings → Purchases
Click Edit next to your active subscription
Select Cancel Subscription
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date, but you’ll retain Premium access until your current paid period ends.
