Note: Refunds are not included under this guarantee.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must:
Have a paid Premium subscription for at least 3 months on or after February 10, 2020
Have attempted all available practice questions at least once
Have maintained an 80% or higher cumulative average on practice exams
Provide proof of a failing score on the official exam. Note: Separate purchases or using multiple devices do not count toward the 3-month subscription requirement.
How to Request the Pass Guarantee
If you didn’t pass your exam, submit a request through our Message Center within 30 days of your exam date. Please include:
A copy of your official exam results showing a failing score
A receipt confirming your active subscription for at least 3 months
A screenshot of your in-app Stats showing all questions attempted and an 80%+ average
We’ll review your request and grant eligible users an extra three months of Premium access. Pocket Prep reserves the right to update or modify this guarantee at any time. Premium access should activate immediately after approval. If it does not, log out and back into the app to refresh. Complimentary access is specific to the failed exam and does not extend to other exams in a multi-exam bundle.
