Bugs. 🐞We work hard to keep them from impacting your studies and overall experience with our apps. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, these bugs can creep back into the app as new devices and Android OS versions are released to the world. Here are some things you can try before reaching out to support for assistance.

  1. Reinstall the app, taking care to clear the cache as directed
  2. If a reinstall didn't resolve the issue, you can try resetting the app and starting over (warning, this will erase your exam data and cannot be undone)
  3. If neither steps have worked and you're still unable to create an exam, log out of your existing Pocket Prep account and create a new one. Contact support if your premium access doesn't automatically carry over to the new account
