Sometimes, apps just stop working correctly. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of variables in play behind the scenes, and all it takes is one of them malfunctioning to create what we commonly refer to as bugs or glitches. Fortunately, a tried-and-true remedy is as easy as deleting the app and reinstalling a clean copy from the store.

If you're experiencing any of the following issues, we recommend reinstalling the app using the directions provided further down:

  • Sluggish speed, app taking a while to build exams
  • QOTD misfiring or showing the same question each day
  • Seeing the same exact question back to back in an exam
  • Payment went through but app didn't unlock on Android
  • Getting "Unable to create exam" error on Android
