Eligibility
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must:
Have a paid Premium subscription for at least 3 months on or after February 10, 2020
Have attempted all available practice questions at least once
Have maintained an 80% or higher cumulative average on practice exams
How to Request the Pass Guarantee
If you didn’t pass your exam, submit a request through our Message Center within 30 days of your exam date. Please include:
A copy of your official exam results showing a failing score
A receipt confirming your active subscription for at least 3 months
A screenshot of your in-app Stats showing all questions attempted and an 80%+ average
We’ll review your request and grant eligible users an extra three months of Premium access. Pocket Prep reserves the right to update or modify this guarantee at any time.
