Your Pocket Prep account is your gateway to affordable and convenient exam prep. If you're having trouble logging into your account, consider the following:
Did I even create a Pocket Prep account?
We don't force our customers to register accounts. Even after buying the premium upgrade, you have the option to remain anonymous in our system. If you don't specifically recall creating a Pocket Prep account, there's a good chance you never did.
Pro tip: our account system went live in April 2017. If you were using the app before then, we can pretty much guarantee an account was never registered. You'll want to create one before attempting to log in. 👍
Did I sign up with Facebook or Twitter?
It's not always easy to remember login credentials so creating a Pocket Prep account through social media is always a solid choice. The app will not allow you to reset your password or log in by manually entering your email address if you signed up through social media; you must use the specific Facebook or Twitter login buttons to gain access to your account.
Pro tip: if you're having trouble logging into Facebook, try deleting us from your connected app settings in Facebook.
I can't remember my password.
If you signed up by using an email address (and not Facebook or Twitter) and you can't remember your password, use the Forgot Password? field to send an email to the address we have on record. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
Did I capitalize letters in my password or email address?
Our system is case-sensitive, which means you'll need to enter your email address and password exactly as you did when signing up. Otherwise, you'll start seeing those frustrating error messages. For example, if you registered with us as "YourName@Email.com," you won't be able to log in as "email@example.com." If you can't remember how you registered your email address, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
