When in doubt, reinstall the app

For our mobile app users, deleting the app and reinstalling a fresh copy fixes the majority of common technical issues, including ones pertaining to QOTD. For web-based customers, try clearing your browser cache.

I'm not getting QOTD notifications

Make sure you have opted in to receive push notifications from the Pocket Prep app. If you initially declined, you won’t be eligible for study reminders or QOTD notifications.
