If you're having trouble creating an exam on our web app, try manually refreshing the page by clicking the refresh button, which is generally found on the navigation pane.
If that doesn't do the trick, you'll want to clear your browser's cache and log back into your Pocket Prep account to continue studying. You can follow their guide to get exact instructions based whichever browser you're currently using. Make sure you're using an up-to-date version of your browser. There should be the option to check for updates in your browser's settings.
Finally, if neither of those two work, try opening a private browsing window to rule out cookies as the culprit. Return to the app to log in and attempt creating another practice exam. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team. We'll be happy to get the issue sorted out.
